Rick Boxx is the President and Founder of Integrity Resource Center. His vast experience in banking, public accounting, consulting and as a multiple times entrepreneur, combined with his extensive knowledge of practically applying God’s Word to the workplace has equipped him to serve thousands of business leaders. Rick’s “Integrity Moments” daily radio vignettes and broadcast emails are widely read globally and appreciated for their brief but hard hitting biblical truth applied to practical workplace stories. He is also the author of several books and bible studies.

| Amy Boyer |
Amy Boyer has 11 years of experience in the Human Resources Industry focusing on Staffing and Recruiting. During this time, Amy served as a Staffing Consultant for American Century Investments where she managed the selection process, conducted interviews, and consulted with managers to make hiring decisions for all areas and levels of the company. Amy is certified in Behavioral Based Interviewing and facilitated a Behavioral Based Interviewing class for hiring managers. In addition, she was trained and certified to facilitate associate level career development classes. Currently, Amy is a Talent Manager for a company specializing in helping organizations build strong sales team by consistently recruiting top talent.

Amy Francis, MS, LPC is the founder of Encourage Counseling Services and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri since 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University. Amy is a member of the American Counseling Association, as well as the Missouri chapter of this organization. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in a variety of settings, including community counseling centers, in schools, at a residential treatment center, and in private practice.
